Pim van Loosbroek, President of The Tag Factory, has started TTF in 2008 after being involved in many RFID solutions. Pim has a longtime and successful experience with RFID in complete applications and system integration in: industrial laundry, railway wagons, airport trolley identification, asset management and logistics applications and many other industrial Tracking & Tracing applications.
At TTF he is involved in many worldwide RFID applications which are handled successfully in each country by a local TTF Business Partner. He is a graduated Engineer at ESIG in Lausanne Switzerland and is living in The Netherlands.

Managing Director
Shantanu Tayal is the Managing Director of the company and holds an MBA from VUT, Australia with over 30 years of work experience of which the past 15 years has been in the RFID industry. He has a wealth of experience in operations, sales & marketing and strategic planning.
Shantanu has helped TTF establish as one of the leading RFID Tag manufacturing companies globally; with a comprehensive high quality product range. He is overlooking the operations, product development and worldwide sales / marketing activities and is responsible for the formulation of business directions and strategies of the company.
Vice President Manufacturing
Hemant is a qualified Electrical and Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani, and a Diploma Holder in Management from IGNOU University. He has more than 31 years of experience, with 20 years experience in RFID Manufacturing.
He has attended a number of specialized training courses overseas in RFID, and has a deep insight manufacturing processes, antenna designs and quality control systems. Hemant is constantly involved in innovating new designs of RFID Tags.
Head of Department (Quality)
Anil is Incharge of all the quality activities (i.e. IQC, PQC , FQC & OQA) and has a Bachelor degree and Diploma in Electronics Engineering from IASE. He has more than 18 years of experience in the RFID industry. He has attended various trainings on quality control and QMS.
Head of Department (Production)
Ashok has versatile experience in manufacturing and production of more than 27 years (12 years in RFID Industry). Prior to joining this organization, he has worked in Havells India as Production Manager. He has done MBA in Operation Management.
Head of Department (Commercial)
Rishi has vast experience of 15 years in all commercial and logistics activities. He is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce.
Sr. Engineer Maintenance
Chandra Mohan is the Sr. Maintenance Engineer in the company and is qualified in diploma in Electronics Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical Board, Lucknow. He has a vast 18 years of experience of machines & utility maintenance and his expertise in plastics molding, antenna coil designing by bobbinless coil winding machine (LF & HF). He is also an energetic active member in NPD and processes.
Sr. Engineer (R&D)
Sachin is a dynamic & innovative B.Tech ( Electronics & Communication ) professional with more than 11 years ( 8-years in RFID Industry ) of experience in electronics NPD life cycle and product manufacturing processes. His expertise in transforming ideas into new products by analyzing market trends . He also an active member in cross functional project team through all phases of the product development processes.
